
Dr. Podolsky focuses on using the latest techniques in joint replacement and consistently works to reduce the possibility of post-operative pain and complications for his patients. He utilizes such systems as Mazor Robotics for assisted surgery. Additionally, Dr. Podolsky has created a minimally-invasive total hip system that is pending FDA approval.
A native of Russia, Dr. Podolsky’s background in skating has made him a popular choice for several professional figure skaters in need of orthopedic treatment. He has also served as a volunteer doctor on the U.S. Figure Skating Association’s sports medicine committee and has volunteered as a faculty clinic instructor for various orthopedic programs.
Dr. Podolsky is an active member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. He has previously won awards for his work, including the Dr. Kelly Award for Excellence in Orthopedic Research.
